Why it is not possible to select a concrete time?

You can place your order up to 2 hours in advance, which means you have until 10:00 AM to select the 12:00–1:00 PM delivery timeframe. 

Deliveries are made within a one-hour window. To reduce our carbon footprint and optimize delivery times, we use efficient routes that may include multiple stops. For example, if you’d like to receive your catering at 2:00 PM, we recommend selecting the 1:00–2:00 PM time slot.
