How do I request an invoice?

You’ll be able to request your invoice after your order has been delivered.

If you already have an Honest Greens account:

• Open the honest greens app.

• Log in to your profile.

• Go to the dropdown menu in the upper left corner.

• Select the “My Orders” section.

• Find the corresponding order and select the option to request an invoice.

• Fill in the required details and you’ll receive your invoice instantly.

If you don’t have an Honest Greens account:

1. Go to the website: https://app.honestgreens.com/sign-in

2. Create a new profile using your email and phone number.

3. Log in and open the dropdown menu in the upper left corner.

4. Go to the “My Orders” section.

5. Add your order (by clicking on “Add ”) using the ID from your order or your Glovo order ID, selecting the restaurant where you made your purchase.

6. Once the order is added, select the option to request an invoice within the order.

7. Fill in the required details and you’ll receive your invoice right away.
